General conditions

CHECK-IN from 1:00 PM | CHECK-OUT until 10:00 AM

Cancellation Policy:

• In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: the deposit will be converted into a voucher for a booking within the current year or at the latest by the following year
• From 20 days before arrival to no-show: deposit lost
• For the “NON-REFUNDABLE” rate, in case of cancellation, changes, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged

Arrival, No-show:
Arrival must occur on the scheduled day after 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, identification documents of all persons occupying the room must be presented for registration.
In case of delay, the customer must promptly notify the hotel; otherwise, the room will be held until 10:00 AM the next day, after which the hotel will consider itself free to rent it to third parties.

Early Departure:
If the customer already staying decides to leave earlier than agreed - except in the case of documented force majeure - the hotelier may demand payment from the customer for the room for the entire period indicated in the reservation (unless the fault is attributable to the hotelier or their staff), minus any meals not consumed.

Price Calculation:
Discounts (for persons sharing a room with 2 paying full rate, including a cot or crib for children): 100% for children aged 0 to 2.99 years | 50% for children aged 3 to 5.99 years | 30% for children aged 6 to 13.99 years | 15% for the third person aged 14 and older.

• Beach service (one umbrella, two sunbeds - service guaranteed from May to September)
• Use of the pool and solarium (from May to September)
• Use of the Sky Beach Terrace and cardio-fitness area
• Daily cleaning with change of beach towels, bed linens, and afternoon tidying
• Animation service with programs for children and adults, both daytime and evening (service guaranteed from mid-May to mid-September)
• Bicycle rental (subject to availability)
• Air conditioning / Heating
• Parking space in the garage
• Wi-Fi
• Europa Card: discount card for restaurants, shops, and various activities
• From late September to mid-May approximately [excluding Tuesdays and December 25]: access to the thermal pools of Bibione Thermae; for stays of at least 7 nights, access to the wellness area is included (for further details on the period, consult the offers section of our website)

• Beverages: not included
• Tourist tax: the price does not include the tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night starting from age 4, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
• Restaurant service: Buffet Free Service or table service at the discretion of management.
• Extra breakfast “Free Service”: €25.00
• Extra meals “Free Service” (excluding beverages): €45.00
• Paid entry to the Bibione Thermae establishment from mid-May to late September approximately (for further details on the period, consult the offers section of our website)
  
  

Animals: Pets are not allowed.

In case of force majeure or special circumstances, the management of the hotels and aparthotels of Europa Tourist Group reserves the right to move the reservation, even partially, to one of our similar facilities under the same price conditions and with the same services.
